Kachumber Salad Recipes
kachumber /Indian salad is a very popular salad in the Indian home it goes almost every Indian dish.
What we need
1 medium size onion
2 medium size cucumber
1 medium size tomato
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin seed powder
2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
1 green chili
½ teaspoon lemon juice
Salt
How to make
Chop all the vegetables and put in a large salad bowl.add salt, lemon juice and toss well. kachumber/ Indian salad serve immediately.
