What we need Bael ka sharbat

1 medium size bael

How to make Bael ka sharbat

Break one bael and scoop out all of its pulp into a dish. Add 2 glasses of water to the mixture after you’ve removed all of the pulp. Mix and mash it thoroughly, then strain it through a soup sieve. Put the thick pulp in a bowl, add 1 glass of water, mash it back up, and filter it. At this stage you can store pulp in glass container cover with lid and keep  in fridge for 2-3 days.
Mash it again gently with cooled water. Pour it into a strainer and press it against a sieve with a wooden spoon. Remove as much pulp as possible while leaving the big fibres behind.
