Peanut salad

peanut salad is very crunchy and healthy salad. peanut salad can serve as a snack too. peanut is very  rich in protein.

Peanut salad-

 

What we need

1 cup raw peanut

1 tsp. cooking oil

2 tbsp. lemon juice

1/2 tsp. turmeric powder

1 tsp. Red chilli powder

1 tsp, roasted cumin powder

1 medium onion chopped

1 medium tomato chopped in small cube

2 green chilli chopped

1 tbsp. Fresh coriander

How to make

Boil peanut on medium heat for 5 minutes with enough water and a pinch of salt ,turmeric.
drain and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan add ,chopped onion cook until onion gets brown add peanut and mix. Remove from fire.

Take peanut in a mixing bowl ,add tomato, salt, lemon juice, chilli powder, cumin powder chopped green chilli, chopped coriander and mix well.

You can serve hot or cold.€
