Orange Creamsicle Cup

Orange creamsicle Cup Recipe is good for the summer dessert. Orange creamsicle Cup is very easy to make.

What we need

150 Oz hung cud or Greek yogurt
½ cup whipped cream or whipped topping plan
1 big mandarin orange
2 drop vanilla essence
1 tablespoon honey or sugar(optional)

How to make Orange Creamsicle Cup

To make the orange cup, use a sharp knife Cut around the orange edges to loosen the pulp then scoop out the pulp properly from halves and take out the juice and pulp

Cut orange pulp into bite size.

Keep the orange halves in the fridge.

In a mixing bowl beat whipped cream until soft and foamy then add curd and vanilla essence for 2-3 minutes.

Add sugar or honey if you are using and mix. Now add chopped orange with juice and mix gently.

Pour the mixture into freezer proof plastics box and keep for 30 minutes.

Take out the curd mixture from fridge and fill in the orange halves garnish with orange slice and zest.

I am using caramelized fruits in this recipe, you can also use if you want.
