Mango sago pudding

Mango sago pudding is mild sweet rich and creamy dessert. You need to be careful while cooking sago pearl.

What we need

5-6 cup water

½ cup medium-size sago pearl

1 cup of coconut milk

3 tablespoon sugar

2 ripe mango

How to make

Bring water to a boil, add sago pearls and cook on medium heat until sago is done keep stirring to avoid lumps. Turn off heat. A use strainer to drain tapioca pearl keep aside.
In a deep pan boil milk and coconut milk when it starts boiling, add sugar and removes from heat keep aside to cool. sago pearls and sugar as to taste.
Peel the mango and cut into chunks. Put half mango into a blender, add some coconut milk and make a smooth paste
Dived sago in two-part add one part in mango paste mango.

To assemble

Take dessert bowl, top with mango mix sago then add coconut milk and again layer with chopped mango. chill the pudding in the fridge before serving.
