MATAR KULCHA recipe step by step for you:

Ingredients for Matar 

White peas/ matar 2cup boil
Onion 3 tablespoon
Tomato 3 tablespoon
Coriander ½ teaspoon
Green chilli
½ red chilli powder
½ black salt
1 tbsp jeera powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1tbsp chaat masala
1 tbsp dry mango powder ( amuchar powder)
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice (optional)

Ingredients for Tawa Kulcha

2 cup maida
4 Tablespoons. curd
1Tea spoon baking powder
1 Teaspoon soda bicarb
4 Tablespoons melted butter
Salt

How to make Matar  

To make this dish, follow these detailed instructions:
1. Firstly, take a pot of water and bring it to a boil over high heat. Add a pinch of salt to the water, then add the peas or matar to the pot.
2. Allow the peas to cook in the boiling water until they are tender and easy to mash. To determine if they are cooked, remove a pea from the pot and mash it between your fingers. If it mashes easily, turn off the heat and remove the pot from the stove. Drain the water from the pot and transfer the cooked peas to a large mixing bowl.
4. Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chillies to the bowl with the peas. Sprinkle some red chilli powder, jeera powder, chaat masala, black pepper, salt, and black salt over the mixture.
5. In a separate small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of amchur with 2 tablespoons of water. Stir the mixture until the amchur dissolves completely.
6. Pour the amchur-water mixture into the bowl with the peas and spices. Use a spoon to mix everything thoroughly.
7. Finally, sprinkle some lemon juice and chopped coriander over the dish. Use the spoon to mix everything one last time.
Your dish is now ready to be served. Enjoy!

Tawa kulcha

2 cup maida
4 Tablespoons. curd
1Tea spoon baking powder
1 Teaspoon soda bicarb
4 Tablespoons melted butter
Salt
Water as needed

How to make

Mix everything and make a dough keep for 45 minutes for the formation gently roll and make a small round shape portion. And rest for 30 minutes  then roll it do not use dry flour
Place it on tawa sprinkle some water on the tawa  and cover it flip and cook other side till it 1/2 done apply some butter or oil for good flavour,   if you don’t want you can skip this step.

Flip and cook until both side you golden spot.Serve hot with matar .

If you bought kulcha from marketapply some butter on it before heating it up in a pan. It turned out delicious! The butter added a nice flavor and made the kulcha extra crispy.

The dough needs to have a soft and smooth texture; otherwise, the kulcha will turn out tough to chew.”

Wipe the pan or tawa with a wet cloth after every kulcha. to remove the burned flour black spots.

While kneading keep an eye on the water it depends on the flour quality.
