Sabudana vada/sago patties

Sabudana vada/sago patties is a crispy delicious snack normally it is deep-fried.But you can make crunchy vada without deep fry without compromising taste.

What we need

1 cup-soaked sago pearl

4 medium size boiled potato

¼ cup roasted peanut crushed

2-3 green chilli fine chopped

1 teaspoon red chilli powder

2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

½ teaspoon black pepper powder

2 tablespoon ghee or cooking oil

Salt as to taste

How to make Sabudana vada

Wash sago pearl in running water. Keep aside. Mash potato with masher then add peanut powder, coriander, green chilli, red chilli powder, black pepper and soaked sago mix well. dived into an equal part. Grease your hand give a shape of patties. Heat a non-stick pan add ghee then place patties (keep space to turn) cover and cook on low heat when downside become golden turn and cover and cover until another side becomes slightly brown then remove the cover and cook till patties become crunchy. Serve hot with lemon and green chutney.
