Mint coriander chutney recipe

Mint, appetizer coriander, green chilli, chutney or Pudina chutney is very popular with appetizer, barbeques, kebab and much more. Mint is very good for health and for digestion.many Indian snacks can be served with mint chutney.#

what we need

  1. 1 cup mint leaves (1 bunch)
    1 cup coriander leaves (1 bunch)
    2-3 green chilli
    1 ½ tsp dry mango powder or 2 tbsp. lemon juice
    ½ tsp. Cumin seeds
    4 cashew nuts
    1/3 tsp. sugar optional
    Salt as per taste

How to make

Wash and clean mint and coriander leave.Grind all ingredients in a mixer with enough water, grind until smooth consistency. you can serve pudina (mint) chutney with any snacks.

you can serve with kebab,pakora .

Note –Store in the airtight glass jar and keep in the fridge.
