Everybody loves good burger. Typically, burger lightly spiced and fried patty and rich carbohydrate bread bun and sauces, cheese(depending on your choices) .Have you ever thought for healthy burger don’t surprise yes burger can be healthy.

In general burger is ketogenic way of eating it has fat protein and fiber from the salad topping. Sauces and but add the extra carbs. Keto burger is healthiest burger as I think. I tried and just love it you can give a try. My version of Keto Burger Recipe you can use tofu, Halloumi, paneer (cottage cheese) I am using Halloumi.

What we need for Keto Burger Recipe

  1. Halloumi 1 pack
  2. Iceberg for wrapping
  3. mustard sauce 1 tbsp.
  4. Mayonnaise      ½ tbsp
  5. thousand island ½ tbsp or honey mustard sauce (optional)
  6. Tomato sliced
  7. Onion sliced
  8. Cucumber sliced
  9. Bell pepper red, green yellow  cut into rings sliced
  10. Salt and pepper

How to make Keto Burger

Heat a grill pan apply some oil or butter in pan and place capsicum rings rost both sides until light brown take out now roast  halloumi or paneer  on hot grill pan grill until you get both side brown. Now take a medium size lettuce leafe spread eggless mayonnaise now place roasted green capsicum ring on one side of lettuce then place paneer or Halloumi slice now sprinkle salt and pepper then add tomato slice ,onion sliced and roasted red and yellow pepper  add thousand island as per your taste. (you can sprinkle some cheese if you want) Now gently fold half  side .Keto Burger is ready to serve.
