Almond chutney (dip)
What we need
½ cup green almond chopped
½ cup chopped coriander
1 green chilli
How to make
I have used very young almond which is very soft and bit sour in taste. If you are using almond which is a bit hard then you need to peel green skin. And add 1 tbsp. lemon juice.
In a mixer jar combine almond, coriander, green chilli and salt add a little water and grind till smooth paste. You can serve with any snacks.
Do not add too` much water.If you do not have green almond do not worry you can use soaked and peeled almond and more 4 tbsp.lemon juice .
