 Hariali kebab

Hariali kebab is a delicious snack love the green colour of spinach.

 

What we need

1 cup palak chopped (spinach)

1 medium size boiled potato

½ cup paneer grated

1 green chilli chopped

4 tbsp. oats flour or soya chunks soaked and grind

3 tbsp. breadcrumb

1tsp. chopped ginger

½ tsp. cumin powder

½ tsp. red chilli powder

2 tsp. lemon juiceṉ

1/3 tsp. Crushed black pepper

Oil for shallow fry

Salt

How to make

Chop spinach very fine in food processor, add grated potato paneer soya chunks (do not forget to soak and grind), add grated paneer and all ingredients (do not add oil) mix well.

Make a small size ball and press little to make thick patties.Keep in fridge for 1 hour.

Heat a non-stick pan and then drizzle oil over it, then place kebab and cook on medium heat till both sides become golden brown and crispy.  Serve hot with mint chutney Dips and chutneys or yogurt sauce.You can serve  with salad .

Note

you can make kebab  and keep in the fridge and take out when you want to cook.
