Sabudana Khichdi

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Sabudana
  • 3/4 cup peanuts
  • 8-10 green chilli finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp . ghee or oil
  • 1 in potato chopped small cube
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 in tomato chopped cube
  • 1 tsp . cumin seed
  • salt to taste
  • fresh coriander

Instructions
 

  • Wash Sabudana in colander under running water and soak in water over night or 3-4 hours. Drain and keep aside for 1 hour each grain should be separate.
  • Roast peanut in a pan and cool it ,make a coarse powder in a dry grinder.
  • Heat oil in a pan add cumin seed when they get brown add chopped potato fry till potato become brown add green chilli sauté for 1-2 minute now add sago and salt keep on stirring add ground peanut mix well and cover for five-minute and cook on a slow flame.
  • Add tomato and lemon juice mix well cook till sago pearl become translucent
