Wash Sabudana in colander under running water and soak in water over night or 3-4 hours. Drain and keep aside for 1 hour each grain should be separate.
Roast peanut in a pan and cool it ,make a coarse powder in a dry grinder.
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seed when they get brown add chopped potato fry till potato become brown add green chilli sauté for 1-2 minute now add sago and salt keep on stirring add ground peanut mix well and cover for five-minute and cook on a slow flame.
Add tomato and lemon juice mix well cook till sago pearl become translucent
