Raw Mango Green Chutney Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Raw Mangoes
  • 3-4 Fresh Green Chilies
  • 1 Cup Coriander Leave
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves Optional
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves optional
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel the raw mangoes.
  • Cut the flesh into small cubes, discarding the pit.
  • Step 2: Blending the Ingredients
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the mango cubes, fresh green chilies (adjust the quantity based on your desired level of spiciness), 1 cup of fresh coriander 1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves, 2-3 garlic cloves, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • Blend until you achieve a smooth, green paste. Taste and adjust the salt and green chilies if needed.
