Bael ka sharbat

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium size Bael Riped
  • 4-5 tablespoon sugar Powder
  • 1 litter water Cold
  • Mint leaves For garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Break one bael and scoop out all of its pulp into a dish. Add 2 glasses of water to the mixture after you’ve removed all of the pulp. Mix and mash it thoroughly, then strain it through a soup sieve.
  • Add sugarStir in the sugar until it is completely dissolved.
  • In a big pitcher, combine crushed mint leaves, ice cubes, and sherbet
  • Stir and serve chilled, with a touch of salt on top (optional)
