Ingredients

  • 2 cups Maida
  • 1 cup Suji semolina
  • ½ tsp. soda-bicarb
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • ½ cup sour curd
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Firstly take a  big bowl mix Maida and suji together add soda, salt, sugar and mix again. Now add curd and start kneading add some lukewarm water as needed make a smooth dough. Greased dough with some oil cover and keep it in a warm place for 3-4 hours.
  • Dived dough into 10 equal part and roll each ball an oblong shape and deep fry into the hot oil.
