Curd Sandwich

- 6 slice brown /white bread
- 3-4 tbsp Hung curd
- 2 tsp .Finely chopped cabbage
- 1 tsp Finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp .Carrot grated
- 1 tsp Capsicum chopped
- 1 tsp Coriander chopped
- Salt, black pepper
- Butter or oil for cooking
Take a mixing bowl put hung curd then add finely chopped onion, green chilli capsicum, cabbage, green coriander, carrot salt and pepper mix well.Take a slice of bread spread the stuffing and cover with another slice.Prepare all sandwiches like that. Keep aside. Now heat griller applies some butter or oil and place sandwich apply some oil or butter on top also and close griller and cooks for 3 minutes or until sandwich turns golden brown and crispy.Take out and cut sandwiches diagonally and serve hot with tomato sauce or coriander chutney.
