Sweet Passion Fruit Sauce is very exotic recipe it’s easy and simple to make goes with many dessert recipes such as ice-cream, cheesecake, salad.
What we need
5 passion fruits
1/2 cup brown sugar (you can use white sugar)
1/2 cup water
How to make
Firstly to make sugar syrup add water and sugar in a pan and bring to boil on high heat then simmer and cook for 5-6 minutes remove from heat Keep aside to cool.
Cut the passion fruits and scoop out pulp In a blender jar add half sugar syrup and pulp (save 1 spoon pulp if you like seeds in sauce) and purred.
You can adjust the pleasant taste of sweetness and sourness while adding more sugar syrup. strain the sauce with fine mesh. If you have saved pulp you can add now and mix well and store in the fridge.
