Paneer Bhurji Recipe
Paneer Bhurji/cottage cheese recipe is a deliciously easy and quick recipe made from crumbled paneer spiced with tomato onion.North India it served as side dish.
What we need
200 gram crumbled paneer
2 tablespoon oil/butter
1 medium size onion finely chopped
½ cup capsicum chopped in small cube
2 medium size tomatoes
½ teaspoon ginger- garlic paste
2green chilli chopped
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon roasted cumin coriander powder
Salt to taste
How to make
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seed when cumin starts crackling add ginger garlic paste stir for 1 minutes.Add chopped onion sauté until onion gets translucent.
add stit green chilli and turmeric powder stir adds tomato cook until they become soft. Now add chopped capsicum cook 2 minutes.
Add all powders spices and mix well then add paneer and salt mix cook 2 more minutes and remove from heat add chopped coriander mix.Serve hot with roti or paratha.
