Almond & Pistachio Milk with Dates

Dates / kahjoor are very rich in iron minerals, vitamins, and fibre.The date is good for bone dates are the mild laxative?

I always prefer to eat Dates after my food instead of dessert.

In winter we all love to have a hot drink and often we make tea or coffee why not to try something healthier option.My  Almond & Pistachio Milk Recipe. You can serve after lunch or dinner and enjoy with your family and friends.
Date and almond milk is delicious nutrition, healthy warm drink for winter.

What we need

5 cup whole milk/ low-fat milk
12 almonds soaked in water8-9 pistachio
10 seedless dates/kahjoor
1/3 teaspoon cardamom/elaichi powder
Few threads saffron

How to make

Firstly, peel soaked almond, pistachio and chopped dates keep aside.
Grind almond and dates together with ¼ cup milk.
Boil milk in a deep pan when milk starts boiling reduce heat and add grind almond and date paste. Stir on low heat for 2 minutes Add cardamom powder and saffron remove from heat. Pour into glass garnish with saffron and cardamom serve hot.
