Peel and grate bottle gourd and potato squeeze out water. steam vegetable for 5 minutes in micro or 10 minutes in the steamer. When the vegetable is done keep aside cool.
Mix potato, lauki/bottle gourd, coriander, chopped green chilli, salt, black pepper, cumin powder 1 tablespoon Sabudana powder mix well.
Take a small portion of the mixture and give a shape of kebab/nuggets and roll on remaining Sabudana flour.
Heat a pan add some oil or ghee and spread place kebab and cook until both side golden brown and crispy serve with green chutney and salad.
You can grind Sabudana in the grinder to make flour or get from the super market.
