It is a traditional Middle Eastern salad has a strong parsley and mint flavour and is easy to make.

Ingredients
1Bunchparsleywash and dry
1Smallcucumber finely chopped
12-15 or you can take 1 big Baby tomato cut into 8 pieces
3tablespoonolive oil
2tablespoonLemon juice
6-7mint leave chopped
½Tablespoon cracked wheat ( daliya) roasted
Salt to taste
Instructions
Cut stems of parsley and chop finely. If you are using normal tomato, cut into small cube.
Take a mixing bowl, put all vegetables, then add salt, olive oil, lemon juice and toss them lightly.
Take a serving plate, place lettuce leaves first and then salad top up with broken wheat serve immediately.
Tabbouleh salad should mix just before serving otherwise it will become soggy. You can keep all above ingredients ready in the fridge and take out when you want to serve.
Notes
