How to Make Vegetable Seekh Kabab 

Vegetable Seekh Kabab recipe is a very easy delicious snacks recipe.Vegetable Seekh Kabab can be served as a starter.

What we need for Vegetable Seekh Kabab recipe
2 medium size boiled potato
1/4 cup corn grated
1 small white onion chopped finely
2 green chilli chopped
1 teaspoon cornflour
1/2 tea-spoon mix spices
1 tea-spoon red chilli powder
2 teaspoon ghee
2 tablespoon butter
Salt as to taste

How to make
In a large mixing bowl, mash boiled potato add onion, green chilli, grated corn, corn
flour, mix spices, salt and mix well. Heat ghee in a pan when ghee is hot add potato mixture and sauté for 4-5 minutes. Turn off heat and cool mixture completely than dived mixture in 4 equal part and give a shape of seekh kebab insert a wooden kebab stick in middle. Mix butter and red chilli powder brush this mixture on kabab and grill or cook in the pan.
