      Jhal muri (puffed rice snack)

 

Jhal muri  is a popular spicy snack and easy to make.it can make in 10 minutes.

What we need—

1 cup puffed rice (murmura)

3-4 green chilli chopped in small piece

1 small tomato chopped into small pieces

2 tbsp. fresh coriander chopped

1 small onion chopped

1/2 mustard oil

3-4 tbsp. lemon juice

2 tbsp. roasted peanut

salt

How to make–

In a pan, dry roast puffed rice and keep aside.

In a large bowl combine puffed rice, onion chopped tomato, green chilli, fresh coriander, well .mustard oil, lemon juice and mix well. Now add peanut and salt well.

Serve immediately otherwise, it will get soggy.

NOTE–

You can adjust chilli and lemon juice according to your taste bud.
