1 small cucumber finely chopped

12-15 baby tomato cut into 8 pieces or you can take 1 big tomato,

3 tbsp. olive oil

2 tbsp. Lemon juice

6-7 mint leave chopped

½ tbsp. cracked wheat ( daliya ) roasted

Salt to taste

How to make

Cut stems of parsley and chop finely. If you are using normal tomato, cut into small cube.
Take a mixing bowl, put all vegetables, then add salt, olive oil, lemon juice and toss them lightly.

Tabbouleh

Take a serving plate, place lettuce leaves first and then salad top up with broken wheat serve immediately.

Tabbouleh salad should mix just before serving otherwise it will become soggy. You can keep all above ingredients ready in the fridge and take out when you want to serve.

You can add 1/2 chopped onion I don’t add as I don’t like raw onion.
