What we need
2 Cup clean and chopped spinach
1 Garlic clove
½ Inch ginger
1 Small onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tsp. oil
2 Cup water
How to make
Chop onion, garlic, ginger. Heat oil in a pan when oil become hot add chopped ginger sauté till onion turn golden brown. Add spinach and 1 cup water boil till spinach become soft.
Turn off the heat cool and transfer into the blender. Blend until it becomes a smooth purée.
Transfer soup into the pan add 1 more cup water salt and pepper brings to boil.
Serve hot with toasted bread. You can top the soup with butter.
