 Banana & apple shake

1 ripe banana
1 small apple
2 tbsp. almond powder or 6-7 soaked almond
1  1/2 cup milk
2 tsp. sugar
6-7 ice cube
cinnamon for sprinkle

How to make

In a blander jar add peeled and chopped banana and chopped apple if you don’t like skin you can peel .(I use with skin) add almond powder. sugar and bland for 1 minute add ice cube blend well .Transfer into a glass sprinkle cinnamon powder on top .
Note
You can replace fresh milk with soy milk or almond milk if you don’t want to add sugar don’t add enjoy fruits natural sweetness.
