All Time Cabbage Salad

  Cabbage Salad

Cabbage is rich in vitamin C and antioxidant it has negative calorie good for a weight loss diet plan.

 

What we need

1 Small size shredded cabbage

50 gm. roasted peanut

2-3 green chilli

1 tbsp. lemon juice

Salt to taste

How to make

Firstly cut the cabbage  into thin strip and keep in mixing bowl.

Roast peanuts for a few minutes when it is done remove the husk and grind coarsely.

Cut green chillies and coriander leaves.

Now in a bowl add peanuts, chopped chillies and coriander to the cabbage .Put lemon juice, salt and mix well and serve.
