Avocado salad

Easy and simple avocado salad recipe make enjoy with your family and friend share your feedback with me.
Did you know avocado contain more potassium than the banana?

What we need

3-4 cup lettuce chopped in bite size
1 big tomato diced
½ cup diced cucumber
1 small onion chopped
½ tablespoon chopped coriander
½ lemon juice
4-5 black olives
½ tsp roasted black sesame
1 avocado peeled and chopped
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon extra virgin in olive oil
½ teaspoon balsamic vinegar

How to make

Take a large mixing bowl combine lettuce, tomato diced, diced cucumber, onion chopped, chopped coriander, avocado, lemon juice, black olives, Salt and pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar.

Toss gently until dressing evenly coated cover and keep in cool place for 30 minutes. Sprinkle black sesame seed just before serving. Serve with toasted bread.

Note—

-Make sure you should use ripe avocado.
-You can prepare the dressing in advance and keep in the fridge for4-5 hours. Combine all above ingredients before serving.

Instructions

Recipe Notes
