Masala roti (Indian spicy! bread)

Masala roti 

Masala roti is good for lunch box and Sunday brunch!!

What we need (For 6 Roti)

1 cup whole wheat flour

4 tbsp. soya flour

2 -3 green chilli finely chopped

½ cup curd or tofu

2 tbsp. chopped spinach leaves

2 clove garlic grated

½ tsp chopped ginger

½ cup crushed peas

2 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. oil

1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves

oil or ghee for cooking

Salt as per taste

 How to make

Take a big bowl, combine both – flour with salt, add peas and mix well. Now add spinach, coriander, green chilli, garlic, and oil, curd. Make a smooth dough.

Make 6 balls and roll each ball into the circle with the help of dry flour. Heat tawa pan, shallow fry with oil or ghee until both sides are done. Serve hot with curd and garlic chutney.

Note

You can add carom seed (ajwain) or sesame seed to give some crunch.
