Rose/Gulab Lassi Ice cold lassi is a good refreshing drink for summer using rose gives a good taste, color, and aroma and it is a healthier option.

What we need   

2 cups fresh curd

½ cup milk   lassi pic2

7-8 tbsp. sugar or as to taste

1 cup fresh red rose (if you do not have fresh you can use dry red rose)

12   ice-cube

2 tbsp. rose-water

Pistachio chopped for garnish (optional)

How to make

  • To make a refreshing and delicious rose lassi, begin by adding fresh curd, sugar, and delicate rose petals into a blender. Blend the mixture for one minute to ensure that the ingredients are well combined and the petals are finely ground.
  • Next, add the milk, rose water, and some ice cubes to the blender. Blend the mixture once again until it becomes smooth and frothy.
  • To serve, pour the rose lassi into a tall glass and garnish it with some finely chopped pistachios. The pistachios add a crunchy texture and nutty flavor to the lassi, making it even more enjoyable.
  • Make sure to serve the rose lassi chilled, as it is the perfect drink to cool down on a hot summer day.
