Boil gram dal, jackfruit garlic cardamom, clove, black pepper, with the little water I use a pressure cooker because it takes less time than the pan. when it is done make a paste in the mixer or with the spoon or in a chopper. Now in the jackfruit mixture, add finely chopped onion (if you cannot chop very fine you can use a grater), grated ginger, green chilli red chilli powder, cumin seed, salt, coriander leaves, garam masala and gram flour mix well and make round flat kebab shapes.
