Chinese-style baby corn

Chinese baby corn is a spicy dish. I like to serve with noodle or Chinese fried rice or enjoy as snacks.

what we need

1 pack baby corn
1 tbsp. corn flour
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. chilli sauce
4 tbsp. green onion ( finely chopped)
1 capsicum (cut into long thin strip)
4-5 clove garlic minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt and black pepper as per taste
1 tbsp. chopped green onion for Garnishing.

How to make

First, cut baby corn into 4 pieces in lengthwise. Mix cornflour with little water to avoid lump.
Heat oil in frying pan ,add the minced garlic cook till light brown colour then add baby corn and sauté for 1 minute on high flame, add capsicum stir add corn flour ,soy sauce, chilli sauce, salt and mix well cook another 1 minute add chopped green onion toss well. Serve hot.
Garnish with chopped green onion.
