Spicy tangy potato
Spicy tangy potato is very good to serve as tea snack, a side dish or as an appetizer. Very easy to make. potato is good a very of good source of vitamin B6 , potassium, copper, vitamin C, manganese, phosphorus, niacin, dietary fiber, and pantothenic acid.
What we need
250gm.small potato or baby potato boiled
1 tbsp. chat masala
½ tsp. red chilli powder
3 tbsp. mint chutney
1 tbsp. Chopped coriander
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. butter

How to make
Heat butter in a pan, add boiled potato and cook for the 5-6 minute or until potato becomes light brown.
Take out potato in a bowl, add mint chutney (dip), chat masala, ½ coriander and mix well. Make sure all potatoes are well coated. Arrange potato in a serving dish, sprinkle red chilli powder and coriander. Insert toothpick (see picture) in each potato and serve.
You can top up with 1 tbsp. sweet tamarind sauce on the top. If you do not have chat masala use 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/3 tsp. black pepper and 1/3 tsp. black salt.
