Mango cheesecake is very simple, No bake cake.Good for desert,and good for a tea party,or lunch and dinner.
What we need
¾ cup crushed digestive biscuits
2 ½ tbsp. butter
1 ½ tsp. powder sugar
½ cup cottage cheese(paneer) or whipped cream
½ cup cream cheese ( I have used Philadelphia original)
1 fresh mango peeled and purée
Few sliced mangoes
Step by step recipe for tea time mango cheesecake
Mix biscuit crumb and butter. Take a loose bottom cake tin and spread mixture on the bottom of the cake tin press and keep in the fridge to set.
Whisk paneer and sugar until soft and lump free. Add cream cheese whisk again until soft.
Add mango purée and mix gently. Spread this mixture over the base place sliced mango on the top of the cake and allow cheesecake to set in the fridge for 2-3 hour.
Make sure water is completely drain out from cottage cheese.
